We recommend charging your Home Safe for 6 hours, every 6-18 months, depending on usage of the safe. Once fully charged, carefully disconnect the barrel-ended port of the charger from the input port and allow your Home Safe to run off of battery power for the remainder of time. This will help you keep the battery’s life as strong as the safe itself.
